Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts on the supply of digital content not on a physical medium if we have begun performance after you have
- expressly consented to us starting performance before the withdrawal period ends, and
- acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
