Maurice-Benjamin Huschke
Am Finkenherd 45

Scope of responsibility: Responsibility under § 18 (2) MStV covers only the provider's own editorial content — in particular the landing page, marketing copy, blog posts, product and help content, and the legal pages (imprint, privacy, terms, right of withdrawal).
User-generated content (so-called "CherryDrops") — text, links, code, quotes, images, contacts and locations that users themselves capture, store, share or make publicly accessible via share links — is not covered. Responsibility for such content lies solely with the respective user. The provider does not editorially review user-generated content and does not adopt it as its own.
As a host of user-generated content the provider benefits from the liability privileges under §§ 7–10 DDG (Germany). We remove unlawful content promptly upon becoming aware of it — please report to drop-in@cherry-drop.io.
Online dispute resolution
The European Commission discontinued the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform on 20 July 2025. Please contact us directly using the email above for any dispute.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content & links
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under general laws (§ 7 (1) DDG). We are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored, but will remove unlawful content upon becoming aware of it. Linked external sites are the responsibility of their respective operators.
Copyright
Content created by the operator is protected under German copyright law. Users retain the copyright in their own drops and grant only the licence required to operate the service.
Governing law & jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Berlin.
Trademarks
CherryDrop is used as a mark of the operator. All other trademarks, product names and logos are the property of their respective owners.
